FAQ

Will my fish survive the journey? ⌄
The vast majority arrive healthy. Fish are packed in oxygen-sealed bags with insulated boxes and heat packs. Our live arrival guarantee covers you if something goes wrong.
What do I do when my fish arrives? ⌄
Open the box immediately. Float the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes to equalise temperature, then slowly add tank water to the bag before releasing the fish.
Can I combine multiple fish? ⌄
Yes — message the seller before ordering if you want to combine fish from the same seller into one shipment.
I'm not in Australia — what happens? ⌄
Our team will reach out within 1–2 business days after checkout to arrange everything for your country.
What if my fish arrives dead or sick? ⌄
Submit a claim through your order page with photo or video within 2 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a refund or replacement.
